Purpose:
To transmit updated instructions for the ETA 9050 First Payment Time Lapse report (section V, chapter 1 of ET Handbook No. 401, 4th Edition) to ensure that time lapse for unemployment insurance (UI) payments made by direct deposit or credited to a debit card is calculated properly.
