Purpose:
To provide additional information about the temporary changes to the federal-state extended benefits (EB) program made by the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010, and remind states of the continuation of the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC08) nonreduction rule.
