Purpose

To reiterate State Workforce Agencies' (SWA) responsibility to provide the OFCCP with information regarding whether Federal contractors are in compliance with the mandatory job listing requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, at no cost to OFCCP.
