Table of Weights for Use in Calculating State-Level American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Scores for Participant and Employer Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Purpose:
To provide states with a table of weights for use in calculating Program Year (PY) 2011 Workforce Investment Act customer satisfaction results (See Attachment A). This action will enable states to fulfill statutorily required obligations to collect data and measure customer satisfaction.
