The Workforce Development Performance Measurement Initiative was created with partners from Federal, State, Local and other programs to develop a menu of system-wide performance measures with standard definitions and a continuous improvement model to help enhance the effectiveness of these systems. These measures are proposed for voluntary use by workforce development systems.
