Abstract :
This report has been prepared to provide a guide for replication of a previous study of unemployment spells by state Continuous Wage and Benefit History (CWBH) users. Furthermore, since future studies may address somewhat different questions, suggestions are made on how the data collection strategy could be modified to examine additional or alternative policy questions.
