Horner Flooring Company, Incorporated; Dollar Bay, Michigan; 
Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on May 17, 1999 in response to a petition which was filed 
by Horner Flooring Company, Incorporated on behalf of its workers at 
Dollar Bay, Michigan.
    Since layoffs have not yet occurred and not expected to occur until 
later this year, the petitioner has requested that the petition be 
withdrawn. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve 
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
