Dana Corporation Marion Forge Division Marion, Ohio; Notice of 
Termination of Investigation on Reconsideration

    On July 6, 1998, the Department issued a Notice of Affirmative 
Determination Regarding Application for Reconsideration applicable to 
workers of the subject firm. The notice was published in the Federal 
Register on July 24, 1998 (63 FR 39905).
    By letter of July 27, 1998, the petitioners, comprised of a company 
official and Local 1667 of the Boilermakers International Union, have 
requested that the reconsideration be withdrawn because there are no 
displaced workers at the Marion, Ohio plant.
    Consequently, further investigation in this case would service no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
