Modern Distributors, Inc., Somerset, Kentucky; Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on August 10, in response to a petition filed by a 
company official on behalf of workers at Modern Distributors, Inc., 
Somerset, Kentucky.
    The current petition is the hard copy of a petition submitted 
earlier by FAX by a company official covering the same group of 
workers. The workers are the subject of an ongoing investigation for 
which a determination has not yet been issued (TA-W-34,825). 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
